Shipping Policies

We offer two ways to ship your order. All shipping times are calculated from when we receive your order, as well as the destination of the package.

Standard Delivery Our standard form of shipping is via ground from Rochester, NY. Depending on destination, this method can take up to 10-14 days.

RUSH Delivery We are not able to ship aerosol, bulky or heavy products via RUSH Delivery. For an additional shipping & handling charge of $8.00, all in-stock rush orders placed by 10:00am Eastern time, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped the same day. Delivery is in 4-6 business days.

Additional charges and information Oversized/Heavy Items are often shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require extra delivery time. Please note these items must ship UPS ground, and cannot ship to P. O. boxes.
Our shipping charges include our costs for shipping, customer service, and processing.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO/FPO addresses or US Territories require special handling. Please call 1-888-245-5440 to place your order.
We are only able to ship to the United States and Canada.
